ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity, ISO 13485:2016 Medical Devices QMS, ISO 28003:2007 Supply Chain Security and ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Handling. Integrated management system audits (for example ISO 9001 + ISO 14001 + ISO 45001) reduce audit days and cost.
Who it is for
Oil & gas contractors, construction and engineering firms, manufacturers, food producers, logistics operators, healthcare providers, IT companies, universities, schools and government suppliers that need an internationally recognised certificate for tenders, clients and regulators.
Certificate validity
Certificates are valid for three years, subject to annual surveillance audits. Recertification takes place before the end of the cycle to maintain continuous certified status.
How it works
- 1
Application & quotation
Share your organisation's size, sites and scope. GCQM prepares a clear quotation and audit-day calculation in line with IAF rules.
- 2
Stage 1 audit
Document review and readiness assessment to confirm the management system is designed to meet the standard.
- 3
Stage 2 audit
On-site audit of implementation and effectiveness. Findings are reported with objective evidence in an opening and closing meeting.
- 4
Certification decision
An impartial reviewer independent of the audit team takes the certification decision. GQCL issues the certificate with QR verification.
- 5
Surveillance & recertification
Annual surveillance audits maintain your certificate. A recertification audit in year three renews it for a further cycle.
